Clarification Text on Protection and Processing of Personal Data

The purpose of preparation of this Clarification Text is to transparently inform you about the ways your personal data is collected, the purposes of processing, shared persons and institutions, legal reasons and your rights, in compliance with the Constitution of Montenegro and Law on Personal Data Protection.

Your personal data may be processed by Društvo sa ograničenom odgovornošću (Limited Liability Company) “Hop Montenegro” Podgorica (hereinafter referred as: “Company”), with registered seat at: 11 Ilije Plamenca Street, 81000 Podgorica, registration number: 51033268, tax identification number: 03436608, in the capacity of personal data filing system controller, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection within the following scope.

THE PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your collected personal data may be processed by the Company within the scope of following purposes, in accordance with the basic principles, conditions and goals prescribed by the Law on Personal Data Protection:

Execution of intracompany tasks and operations,
Execution of customer-touching processes and operations,
Execution of marketing activities operations,
Performing of activities of legal, administrative or technical nature,
Execution of corporate communication tasks and operations.

Within the scope of aforementioned purposes, personal data of the data owners who do not benefit from the products and services submitted by our Company, but can benefit in the future, may be processed in order to track contacts with customers, to create accounts for potential customers, to measure employee performance and to plan the product and service sales processes.

THE PARTIES TO WHOM YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS TRANSFERRED AND THE PURPOSE OF TRANSFER

Within the scope prescribed by the Law on Personal Data Protection, your collected personal data may be transferred by our Company to our business partners, suppliers, i.e. natural and legal persons, state authorities and bodies, municipal authorities and bodies and other parties exercising public powers, which are authorized to process personal data according to the Law, in the following purposes:

Your collected personal data may be processed and transferred with the purposes specified in this Clarification Text, within the scope of personal data processing conditions, as well as in accordance with relevant regulations in order to implement contract/agreement, fulfill legal obligations of the Company and in order to achieve the interests of the Company or third parties based on the Law.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION RIGHT

Personal Data Protection Rights are prescribed within the Articles 43, 44, 45, 46, 47 and 48 of Law on Personal Data Protection, which include the following:

to receive notification upon your request that your data is being processed;
to be informed upon your request about the content of personal data being processed;
to be informed upon your request about the purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data;
to be informed upon your request about the source of the data according to the available information;
to be informed upon your request about the third party or the user;
to be informed upon your request about the manner of automatic processing of personal data;
to request that incomplete or incorrect personal data be amended or deleted;
to request that personal data is deleted if its processing is not in accordance with the law;
to be informed about the addition, modification and deletion of personal data;
to submit a complaint to the Company or to request protection with the Personal Data Protection Agency as a supervisory authority;
to be compensated for damages in the event of a determined violation of the right to the protection of personal data in accordance with the general rules for compensation of damages.

The costs of the procedure regarding your applications, requests and objections are borne by the Company, unless the Law on Personal Data Protection stipulates otherwise.

The Company will act upon your submitted application, request or objection within 15 days from the day of receipt of the written document submitted by you or by your legal representative or attorney.
