You can find the closest hop scooters around you on the app’s map screen. Try zooming out the map if no scooter is visible.
Our service areas are indicated on the map screen of the app. You can temporarily leave the area but you cannot lock the hop scooter outside.
Without blocking the traffic and pedestrian flow, sidewalks, handicapped roads, bus stops and store entrances, you can lock your hop wherever it’s safe to park.
hop’s gas function will not work and your ride will be finished automatically. You can lock your hop in a suitable place after stopping it slowly with the help of the brake pedal.
Before the rental process; you must register in the app and add your credit card to the wallet section. Only credit/debit card is valid for transactions. Authorization will be taken from the card at the beginning of the rental.
Card information is stored in a reliable infrastructure with BRSA and PCI-DSS licenses.
When you arrive your desired destination with hop, lock the scooter in a safe place and end your journey by pressing the end button on our mobile application.
You are responsible for your security. You should wear a helmet and pay attention to vehicle traffic. When you register to the application and visit our web site, you can access the user agrrement we have prepared for you.
If there is a technical problem in the hop scooter that prevents you from completing your journey, you can lock it in a safe place and end your journey. If you report the problem to us from within the app, our team will intervene as soon as possible.
